I honestly think there is only so much first aid one can provide to a brain injury. Since, head injuries normally comes from deep impact or penetrating trauma to the head, which is difficult to detect. However, if you find yourself in such situation, it is important to not move the individual. Keep the head steady and supported in the position you find it and wait for medical help.
