I've never heard of an attorney being called a head injury attorney. However, personal injury attorneys handle all cases with regard to any kind of bodily injury you may have sustained. Now there are 2 kinds of personal injury attorneys... one is called a "defense" attorney who only takes cases to defend the violator. The other is called a "plaintiff's" attorney. For instance, if you were in a car accident and got injured or someone with you got injured, you need to look for a plaintiff's attorney. The defense attorney handles the person who hit you.
