My male biz partner asked me to feel his scalp, and he has 'lumps' growing under his scalp. The big one is wide, across the back of his head where he' My male biz partner asked me to feel his scalp, and he has 'lumps' growing under his scalp. The big one is wide, across the back of his head where he's worn baseball caps for years. The hair is growing in a square in that spot. But, he showed me two more, near the part of the head where one's 'corners' would be. He has had severe head trauma at least twice in 25 yrs. He's now 62 yrs. old. I thought it could be something related to his past head injuries. He's also diabetic [type 2], and has congestive heart failure, for which he had 3 stents done back in '06. What do you think is causing the 'lumps?' Thanks in advance for your answer. |

Always take the person to the doctor with this condition ! Skin doctors will tell you that any time you feel lumps or bumps behind the ears or the head or under or on the scalp don't take the chance with this at all . Testing would be the norm for this condition . Tell him to make haste in going to the doctor .
