I have experienced severe loss of cognitive abilities. Will these brain plans help

60 year old female. College degrees x two, profession; RN for 30 years. In past above average intelligence. Graduated magna cum laude with very little effort on my part. From age 45 I noticed a decrease in my memory, problem solving and ability to concentrate or difficulty learning new tasks, readings and writings. Discussed with numerous primary care docs, tested up the wahzoo. CT scans, MRI's, neurologists, behavioral neurologist you name it I have probably had it. The only showing on my scans was "premature atrophy of my frontal lobes." Had severe brain injury at age 29. In coma for 10 days. Initially left with loss of useage on L side of body. With therapy functions regained within 12 months. Hx of chronic depression. Treated with drugs, therapy and groups. 3 years ago I became so inappriate in my responses (as an advice nurse) I was forced to retire because of this situation. Placed on disability with no indication of regaining my previous mental capabilities. Taking a dietary supplements named Prevagen. Have noticed improvement in memory but nothing sensational, I live in the San Franscisco area. Have Kaiser insurance so no experimental or investigave programs covered. Do you know of anyone I can contact for assistance? I am on disability have Medicare, but no funds for private therapy or treatment. Neurologist has suggested Cognifit program. I am presently involved in it. It is not reliable for internet connection. Do you have any suggestions for me to persue? Thanks
