Your life will be confusing, very frustrating and have a fear of failure because of memory problems, speech problems and problems with behavior. Your school performance will suffer, you will have trouble with tests, writing, and the worse is homework. If you cannot remember, you will not do homework or reports. Chances are you will be rather reckless, the neighborhood dare devil. Acting without thinking.

I know this because it happened to me! I had two seperate skull fractures as a young boy. Then I began playing lacrosse and had LOTS of concussions. Bad car accident in 12th grade, went thru windshield, severe cut on my head, was not taken to hospital. I was suspended from lacrosse team because of grades dropped severly. Lost lacrosse scholarships because of grades. Joined the Army and became a paratrooper 1990. Lots of hard landings. I had a malfunction during a night jump and they found me on the drop zone several hours later. In 1999 I was rear ended and suffered another undiagnosed brain injury. I did not know about TBI until 2002 when I read an article about TBI, at the time I was taking antidepressants for depression. After reading the article I was able to understandmy puzzling life. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT YOUR TBI HISTORY your life will be a mess, and chances are you will have driven people away from you because of your actions.
