Can I recoup money that was Taken from me when I was severely disabled?

In Novenber 2000 I was involved in a car accident, and sustained many injuries-Most significant was a Third Degree closed head injury (Brain Injury) with intercranial bleeding, and cognitive deficits. I lay in a coma several weeks, and wa susewuently discharged to Cardinaal Hill , where I spent another 4 months underfgoing multidisciplinary rehab. Like the majority of severe Brain Injured patients I ended up getting a divore from my former spouse. I was forced to sell my dream home, and use the equity to purchas a huse in an adjacent county , where property was/is substantially less expensive, A Paternal Uncle invited me to move into my Grandmothers house. She had been deceased about 4 years, at this time. My Uncle coersed me into selling Him my former house in Lewis County Ky. It is documented that my cogniyive skills were severely dimished. He paidme 1,000 cash, and said that He would keep the rest because I had no business with "That kind of money".
Although I still have limitations particularly counting money etc.... I have recovered remarkably well. The Doctors commend me for putting forth so much effort into my recovery. My Uncle assaulted me, and subsequently threatened me until I agreed to sell Him my house. The Deed, and accompanying papers were drafted at th office of the current District Judge Todd Walton-He was District Judge then, and He still is District Judge.
